Acceptance of Terms. By using https://southviewscapes.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, South View Scapes markets and arranges Retaining Walls, Patio Installation, Landscape Installation, Sod Installation, Fencing, Lawn Maintenance. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to South View Scapes and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. South View Scapes may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. South View Scapes does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, South View Scapes's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid South View Scapes in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South View Scapes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. SC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in SC.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
